Context

The platform powering enterprise workflows

Tracxn is an enterprise B2B SaaS market intelignec platform platform serving mid-to-large organizations across finance, operations, and compliance. It aggregates 11+ product modules under a unified home dashboard - the most frequently visited surface in the product.

The platform had grown through acquisition and incremental feature shipping. New modules existed but lacked intentional exposure pathways; users discovered features by accident or via CS, not through the product itself.

The home dashboard's anatomy splits into three zones: left panel for personal resources, center for quick shortcuts and announcements, and the right panel — the focus of this engagement — filled with static, decorative widgets.

The brief was clear: make the right panel earn its real estate by doing real work — intelligently, contextually, and without friction.
